Tom Jakubowski is a Senior Consultant, Applications & Technology Solutions for Concentrix. He works with Concentrix HR and Operations to identify capability and deployment roadmaps for Coaching, Learning, and Time & Attendance. He joined Concentrix in 1998 and has led several Information Technology development and support teams in the areas of Collaboration, Learning Management, Workforce Management, and Customer Relationship Management. Throughout his 28-year career, he has gained extensive experience while employed by Concentrix, AT&T, the USDOE, and USDOD. He is published internationally, and has presented at the International Customer Service Association. Tom has a passion for driving business benefits and ROI though the efficient and often innovative use of technology.
