Shaun has over 20 years’ experience designing training and development solutions. He presently works for Northwestel, a Bell Canada subsidiary that provides internet, cable and cell phone in Northern Canada. The service area covers 3 time zones, 96 communities, of which 46 are only accessible by air. It provides plenty of training challenges. Shaun has a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. After 15 years working for himself in Halifax Nova Scotia, he moved to Yukon, Canada and has been the training lead for Northwestel for the past 10 years. His team is responsible for all training and development activities, including the accident prevention program.
