Ray Jackson is a Learning & Development Manager who has spent more than a decade training and developing associates in the food & beverage industry. Ray is passionate about cultivating high impact learning cultures, and leading initiatives focused on Leadership Development, Process Improvement and Employee Engagement. As a trained facilitator, Ray has taught 1000s of associates at all levels, while coaching and developing many who move up within their careers. Ray holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington.
