Olga Yakimakho is Director of Leadership and Organizational Development at Special Olympics headquarters. She leads the Special Olympics Unified Leadership Academy (ATD 2017 Excellence in Practice award winner) and provides professional development opportunities to Special Olympics leaders around the world. In the past 19 years, Olga has specialized in a wide range of international non-profit performance improvement areas such as organizational capacity development, leadership strengthening, strategy design, and quality assurance. She directed consultancies and training in 24 countries. Olga holds an MPA in International Management from Middlebury Institute for International Studies in Monterey, California.
