Mark has been in the Training & Development field for over 25 years, contributing to and managing several training efforts for companies like Motorola, Kaiser Permanente, AT&T and now Clean Harbors. He enjoys it as much today as he did back in 1992 when “bitten by the T&D bug” so to speak. Mark is a strategy expert, skilled at bringing together minds, tools, and creativity to develop and implement successful learning activities. Currently working in Organizational Development, Mark understands the importance of a robust and feature-rich system that can meet the demands of today’s learners and training professionals to keep up with the ever-changing needs of his organization.
