Mark has been the VP of Global Learning for iQor for the past 7 years. He graduated from the University of Florida, with a B.S. in Telecommunications later earning a Dual Master’s degree in HR Management & Development from Webster University, he is also SPHR & SHRM-SCP certified. In 2016, HR.Com recognized Mark as a Top Corporate HR Leader Globally placing 2nd. He and his team have won numerous awards for their L&D programs, such as iQor University placing 2nd in 2018 as well as 2nd Place for iQor’s proprietary Trainers Certification program at HR.Com’s 2018 LEAD Awards.
