Laura Polk is a VP and Training Manager at Trustmark National Bank where she has worked for 17 years. She manages the leadership, sales, and design training functions. She also does internal consulting and conducts career coaching sessions.
In her 22 years of experience in the Training and Development field, she has developed and facilitated training programs in subjects such as: leadership, etiquette, diversity, sales, team effectiveness, and employment law, and does consulting work and speaking engagements for organizations in her community.
She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 27 years and they have a 16 year-old son.
