Before joining U.S. Bank in 2016, Lara worked in the learning and development field for over 10 years in the Human Resources and Talent industries, designing and managing development programs with a special focus on the learner experience.
Lara holds a Masters Degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.”
