Kevin is interested in learning about virtually everything; from remodeling his kitchen to the nuance of troop movements at the Battle of the Bulge. As a student of leadership, Kevin digs deep into the minds of titans like Lincoln, Teddy Roosevelt, Churchill, Napoleon, Patton, Jobs, Marshall, Jefferson, and Grant; though, the deeper lessons come from those who failed spectacularly. This academic thirst has fueled his special passion for Learning and Development. In the past 35 years, Kevin has helped employees grow their careers as a leader, teacher, and coach in locations globally from Kananaskis, Alberta to a small town 30 miles east of Moscow, Russia. He counts his alumnus as IBM, Accenture, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and now Veritas Technologies – a company whose products range from enterprise backups to information management and availability.
His path to leadership at Veritas has journeyed through operations, digital learning, skills assessment, and development. Kevin is a skilled teacher and facilitator with literally thousands of hours in the classroom. He is currently leading the transformation to a digital learning environment at Veritas. Kevin is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Robert Morris University (Pittsburgh, PA), a certified Project Management Professional, a Six Sigma Black Belt, a prodigious reader of history, and a resident of Peachtree City, Georgia.
