Julie has broad experience enabling high-performance HR functions aligned to the strategic objectives of government contractors. As Vice President, at PAE, Julie assumes strategic responsibility for optimizing Corporate HR Operations and Talent Management including managing Corporate HR administration, compliance, employee relations, compensation, performance management, learning and development, talent planning, leadership development and the HRIS & data analytics functions. Julie is passionate about promoting a culture of learning and enabling organizational effectiveness within the employee lifecycle. Her transformational leadership style focuses on helping to align strategic direction across business units, as well as driving learning and culture initiatives forward. Julie is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified and graduated with honors from Bridgewater College with an BA in Political Science & History & a minor in Communications.
