Julie Camfield is the Talent Management Operations Lead within HR at Bayer, located in St. Louis, MO.
Julie has been with Legacy Monsanto* for 13 years and now Bayer for almost one year. She is responsible for supporting the Global Talent Management processes by creating tools and resources to enable engagement and performance. Additionally, Julie has Global oversight of the Learning and Training initiatives that are supported, managed and excuted by her team member.
Julie holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Truman State University. She received her Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University.
