Jillian has been with Skillsoft as a Customer Success Manager since 2013. She works with organizations to design, implement and execute learning programs along with gaining key understandings as to what each client unique needs are. She is passionate about building strong client partnerships, equipping customers with tools for success, along with leveraging emotional intelligence to truly understand the individual needs of each organization. Prior to working at Skillsoft, she worked many years with the State of Georgia, Department of Family and Children Services.
Jillian holds a BSc from Kingswood University and a master’s degree in Theology and Christian Education from Asbury Theological Seminary. In her spare time, Jillian enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, along with sitting on the executive of several local non-profit boards and leading and organizing a yearly women’s retreat.
