Jane Nicolette is a Customer Success Manager with Skillsoft. In her role, Jane consults with Skillsoft clients regarding learning strategy, program development, organizational readiness, marketing strategies, and success criteria. She aligns performance improvement programs directly to client business objectives to drive adoption and to show quantifiable value.
Before joining Skillsoft in 2017, Jane spent 18 years at BNY Mellon where she led Learning and Development teams in both the company’s Treasury Services business and Human Resources organization. These teams designed and implemented innovative, scalable, and global learning solutions to support both technical and soft skill development.
Jane holds a Masters of Education in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of Pittsburgh.
