Cathy Waters is the Learning System Administrator for PSCU in St Petersburg, FL. Cathy has worked at PSCU for over 5 years. In her current role, Cathy supports the Learning and Organizational Development department and is responsible for the configuration, maintenance and overall administration of the LMS and Connect social learning modules. Cathy enjoys working on challenging projects like system implementations, process improvement, and data clean-up initiatives. Cathy is a certified Lean Six Sigma Specialist and also holds certifications in Project Management for Learning Professionals and Cornerstone System Administration.
