Cathi Leon is passionate about maintaining an LMS that supports the goals of the St. Luke’s Health System’s diverse staff of medical providers, employees, contractors, and educators. She has extensive Learning Management experience and a persistent desire to improve the way customers utilize and interact with St. Luke’s LMS. As an HR Analyst, she is responsible for managing relationships with system vendors, designing data structures, making recommendations for and implementing new procedures, designing, developing, and delivering reports, and clearly communicating new LMS features and functionality. Cathi also mentors and trains new and existing team members, educators, and other St. Luke’s staff, and she successfully led the Healthcare User Group within the SumTotal administrator community, which resulted in collaboration across multiple organizations in multiple states.
