Brian Hewitt is a member of the Global Engagement team at American Airlines. As the learning administration manager, he and his team support enterprise learning technologies used by American’s 180k employees and vendor partners. In the last 7 years Brian’s team led the company transition onto a common LMS and helped lead the combined organization through another LMS transition after the American Airlines and US Airways merger. He is now focused on optimizing American’s learning application stack to ensure American provides their team members with the right tools to enable their professional development.
