For the last 15 years, Alan has specialized in e-learning and learning technology. He’s currently busy with corporate-wide rollouts of the Skillport library, a blended leadership training program that utilizes Skillsoft’s Leadership Advantage portal, and a development program for unionized employees delivered via virtual classroom that is supported by Skillport modules. Prior to TTC, Alan worked at American Express where he developed innovative tools to improve the training of Amex Canada’s contact centre representatives. Alan has a Master’s of Science in Education from Northwestern University.
