As the Director of Content Development/Delivery for Unisys University, my primary responsibility is to manage our UniVirtual Learning portal (Skillport) and the UU operations team (two internal support resources and two Skillsoft program managers). In this role, I am responsible for delivering content to our employees through our learning portal, our external learning process and onsite training delivery - for those instances when the training is not available in the learning portal. With regard to content development, I manage the UU content development team that creates our custom content. Finally, I manage the UU budget and our third party partner/vendor relationships.

In her role, Jen leads the Learning Experience Design Team focused on creating leadership development, employee development and role specific training courses and programs which align to business strategy. Jen's varied background in learning design, delivery and operations provides the perfect foundation for creating a learning center of excellence where the learner is at the heart of design.
Before joining U.S. Bank in 2017, Jen worked 15 years in retail and healthcare industries where she led global teams across a range of business domains, delivering large complex enterprise initiatives and transformations.
Jen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.

Previously, he held senior global Service and Support leadership roles at Coriant and Sycamore Networks, suppliers of Service Provider networking solutions. He has spent 20+ years leading large-scale worldwide service organizations, driving operational efficiency and high Customer retention. Ed holds a BSEE degree from University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
