Mark is responsible for the SkillSoft Consulting Services East Team. He directly supports the federal team and actively consults with clients on various DoD and Government initiatives to include DoD 8570 Information Assurance Certification. Prior to SkillSoft, Mark was responsible for incorporating e-learning into the Air Force IT training program.

Pam Boiros, Vice President, Product Management for Books24x7, SkillSoft
Pam is responsible for the product and content strategy for the Books24x7 product line. She is passionate about emerging technologies such as mobile devices and social networking and the impact such innovations will have on the learning industry.

Tony manages several Blended Learning Programs for the Americas region within CSC, which include PMP and ITIL. Joel Cataldo, Director, Learning & Development, Arrow
In this global role, Joel leads Arrow’s L&D function in three critical areas: Sales Excellence, Management/Employee Development and Learning Infrastructure. Joel is an industry thought leader and a 2008 recipient of Training Magazine’s “Top 40 under 40” award. He has been featured in numerous articles and publications for his work in developing blended learning solutions.

Peter Cavanaugh, Operations Manager, GE Global Learning, General Electric
Peter is the operations manager for GE’s Corporate University, Crotonville. He is responsible for all the enterprise-wide on-demand learning assets at GE, and GE Crotonville’s Essential Skills Curriculum that is taught to GE professionals around the world. He has held multiple operations roles in his 20+ years at GE.

Brent Colescott, Manager, Performance Support Systems, Administaff
Brent supervises the online training/Web collaboration systems and has more than 15 years of experience in education and technology. In 2007, he was recognized as SkillSoft’s “Learning Leader of the Year.” Brent resides in Humble, Texas with his wife Tara and their three children Austin, Addison and Ainsley.

Guy Cooley, Senior Air Force Program Manager, SkillSoft
Guy has been with SkillSoft for four years and has been actively establishing and enhancing training programs in both his military and civilian roles. He has worked with the Air Force DoD 8570 Program providing e-learning solutions and metrics supporting the initiative. As a member of the U.S.A.F. he was heavily involved in incorporating e-learning into its training environment.

Susan Covington, Specialist – Performance Management Consulting, Convergys Corporation
Susan provides direction for employee learning and development, 360° Competency Assessments and performance feedback including annual assessments. Prior to her work in performance management, she held a variety of customer service and contact center leadership positions within the fields of telecommunications and manufacturing. Susan has a Master of Human Resources degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida.

Kathy Crenshaw, Director of Learning and Development, Avnet
Kathy is responsible for designing and developing custom training programs for Avnet employees in all regions, with a particular focus on career development at all levels. She has more than 20 years of broad experience in professional learning & development. Kathy has a Bachelor of Science from Thomas Edison State and a Master of Education from Arizona State University.

Tricia Danielsen, Corporate University Leader, ACI Worldwide
Tricia Danielsen is currently the corporate university leader for ACI Worldwide where she led the effort to design, build and launch its university. Prior to ACI, Tricia also built other corporate universities and spent several years at Mutual of Omaha in various leadership roles. Tricia has had the honor to speak at many Corporate University, LOMA, ASTD and ODN conferences and events.

Kristin Dortz, Talent Operations Supervisor and Curricula Manager, Arrow Electronics
Kristin is responsible for Arrow’s global learning management system, Arrow University. Kristin focuses on the stability, usability, and usage of the Arrow University platform as well as Books 24x7, SkillSoft, and other tools supporting talent development. She also focuses on the development and deployment of Arrow’s role and level-based training curricula. Kristin has an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University.

Mary Kay has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and training and performance improvement and is recognized as a Certified Performance Technologist by the International Society of Performance Improvement. She resides in Humble, Texas and has three daughters: Elise, Megan and Abby.

Alison Firth, Sr. Director of Education, Employee Education, CA
Alison is responsible for the technical education strategy for CA worldwide. Her team ensures that CA employees and partners have the technical skills they require to be successful in their roles. She also manages a niche curriculum development team that develops supplementary just-in-time courses. Prior to joining CA in 1996, Alison held management positions at PeopleSoft Education and Oracle University.

Chrissie Gale, Global Learning and Talent Development, On-Demand Learning Solutions Lead, Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu (DDT)
In her 13-year career with Deloitte, Chrissie has worked in internal and external client service. As an external client service practitioner, she worked on larger scale client ERP implementations and was responsible for the education and training streams. Internally, Chrissie is responsible for developing learning solutions for the Deloitte work force and managing Deloitte’s learning content vendors.

Alvin Garcia, Training and Development Manager, Lehigh Hanson Heidelberg
Alvin Garcia uses his expertise in blended learning solutions, career development and leadership/management development programs, to leverage the appropriate tools and learning delivery mechanisms to impact employee career and growth potential. Currently Alvin is focused on creating and implementing international training and development solutions for Lehigh Hanson and its global counterpart, HeidelbergCement Group. He holds a BBA from the University of South Florida.

Bobbie-Jo Grinder, Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development, NACCO Materials Handling Group
Bobbie-Jo provides global direction and oversight in the areas of organizational change, development and performance management. She also provides human resources oversight for the Americas Division. She has been with NMHG for 22 years and has held positions in the areas of Service, Publications, Training & Development and Human Resources. Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and 10 years experience designing, developing and implementing e-learning solutions.

Darryl Harpool, Director of Training and Development, Acxiom
Prior to joining Acxiom, Darryl spent 21 years as the co-founder and Vice President of Technical Services for a regional training and consulting company in Little Rock, Arkansas. He has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Missouri State University and a Master of Business at the University of Arkansas in Little Rock.

Gary Hartman, Partner Alliance Manager, SkillSoft
Gary coordinates support for SkillSoft clients who use a partner’s learning platform. He is also an evangelist for SkillSoft’s Open Learning Services Architecture, helping partners understand the benefits they can bring to their products by tightly integrating with SkillSoft learning assets. Gary has been with SkillSoft for 12+ years in various roles including sales, consulting services and product marketing.

Tim Hildreth, Director of Product Marketing, SkillSoft
Tim joined SkillSoft in October 2004 to lead work on a number of platform-related technologies. In 2006, Tim managed the team that planned, designed and launched SkillSoft’s KnowledgeCenter product line. Tim went on to lead the Content Solutions, KnowledgeCenters and most recently the Leadership Advantage product marketing teams. His current role gives Tim broad product marketing responsibility over all SkillSoft products.

Russ Howard, Director, Content Programs, SkillSoft
Russ directs all product marketing for SkillSoft’s numerous content programs as well as SkillSoft’s Academic and Professional Accreditation programs. Russ joined SkillSoft in 2003 to manage its migration program from SmartForce LMS (MySmartForce), to SkillSoft’s SkillPort platform. Prior to joining SkillSoft, Russ had a 25-year career with Wang and Getronics, holding a variety of operations and program management positions.

Robert has over 30 years experience in the IT services industry. He is currently responsible for all technical and methodology training across CSC’s EMEA region. He has been particularly successful in designing CSC’s new approach to Capability Management and working with strategic training vendors to design and deliver innovative, effective and low-cost solutions. Robert holds a B.S. from De Montfort University.

Shawn Hunter, LDC Executive Producer, SkillSoft
Shawn Hunter is currently Executive Producer of the Leadership Development Channel, an online portfolio of live and on-demand video learning assets. LDC is a product Shawn conceived and developed while President and founder of Targeted Learning Corporation, a private company acquired by SkillSoft in 2007. Shawn lives in Maine with his wife and three children.

Chris Kessler, Director, IT University, Progressive
Chris' team is responsible for the delivery of training to approximately 3,500 IT professionals. Chris has been with Progressive for 20 years holding previous positions in Underwriting and Corporate Control. Chris holds a degree in Economics and Political Science from Ohio Dominican College and has completed his Graduate work at Case Western Reserve University with a concentration in Organizational Development and Emotional Intelligence.

Catherine is a Senior Professional in Human Resources with over 15 years of organizational development and training experience. At MetLife, she manages the enterprise-wide foundation skills curricula. Catherine holds a MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and B.S. from Cornell University. Catherine is also an Adjunct Professor at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Grady McCorkle, Senior Manager of Training and Development, Acxiom
Grady McCorkle is an experienced technical trainer who speaks and writes on a variety of technical and educational topics. At Acxiom, he is responsible for managing all of the technical and product training for the enterprise. Grady sits on the technology board for Central High School in Little Rock. Maribel runs SRA's e-learning program which includes development of custom content, curriculum design and promotion of on-demand, blended instruction to support the implementation of business solutions. Before joining SRA Learning and Development group, she held various positions in project management, instructional design and requirements analysis. Maribel has a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College.

Leslie has over 20 years experience managing e-learning programs and compliance training. In her current position, she manages U-Learn, LLNL’s online learning center. In this capacity, she is responsible for providing blended learning programs to support institutional business initiatives. Leslie earned her Bachelor’s degree from CSU East Bay and has certificates in Human Resources Management and e-Learning Management.

Stephanie Pyle, Director of Product Management, SkillSoft
Over the years, Stephanie’s responsibilities at SkillSoft have grown from strategy and direction of SkillSoft’s platform solution, including SkillPort LMS and OLSA to broad product management oversight on all SkillSoft products. Prior to joining SkillSoft, Stephanie provided independent consulting services centered on managing and delivering market driven solutions and held various positions with companies including i2 Technologies and Lockheed Martin.

Kathleen Rossi, Sr. Manager, Learning and Talent Development, CSC
During her 11 years at CSC, Kathy has consulted internal business units, vendors and external alliance partners in the use of virtual classroom training delivery. She currently oversees the Organizational Capability function within Americas Commercial. Kathy specializes in designing large-scale blended learning programs. Prior to CSC, Kathy spent 30+ years working in various IT consulting and management roles. Kathy holds an M.S. in Computer Science from DePaul University.
