Coaching De-Mystified! 1 ½ hour Workshop 4:00pm to 5:30pm
The transformation of corporate training departments to present day organizational learning and performance groups has left many companies looking for ways to increase their ROI effectiveness and learning’s bottom line impact on the organization. While this is an exciting time, organizations are looking for innovative success strategies for high impact organizational performance. Coaching has become one of the fastest growing industries and is seen as a personal and corporate performance tool for action and change while fostering increased learning ROI.
This powerful interactive session and demonstration will show you live coaching in action. The coaching process will then be de-mystified and analyzed identifying the various coaching skills that were used to move the client into a state of motivation, action and accountability.
Further group discussions on the implementation of corporate coaching programs will highlight best practices, ROI benefits, pilot programs and bottom line impact.
Registration for this interactive presentation will be limited to 30 people. Please pre-register prior to the conference to ensure your spot is reserved.
In addition to the 1 ½ hour workshop, you will be able to schedule some one-on-one time with Brenda Benedet throughout the conference. It will be available for all conference participants to come and experience coaching firsthand.
Schedule a complimentary 45 minute coaching session on any topic that you wish. Perhaps it might be implementing corporate coaching programs, work/life balance, getting unstuck, breaking old habits, gaining sponsorship for projects, selling internally, leadership, or maybe just exploring new perspectives!
Expand your capabilities by converging learning and performance to create successful outcomes either personally or professionally.
