As a leader, this person has been able to implement and create an environment that is more than online training but has also been able to transform the traditional training department into a leading edge learning center. This person has not only had an impact on the company worked for but also the industry as a whole. Through his or her pursuit of an ideal learning environment, this person has actively collaborated with partners and vendors, spoken on e-learning and created documentation that has influenced the industry's thinking of e-learning. Program of the Year AwardThis award is given to recognize a company or individual that has made significant contributions toward the development and implementation of a program or programs that delivered measured successful results. This will be in terms of ROI, increased usage, timeline for implementation, and complexity and marketing strategy of the program. The program should be remarkable and have clearly defined challenges that required unique solutions to make the program a success. It should include the entire program from start to finish and it should show measured results on the success of the program. Learning Leader of the YearThis award is given to the training administrator who has achieved exceptional and consistent success throughout the year. It is an award given to an individual who has showed remarkable skills and innovation in delivering a successful e-learning program. To receive this award, the individual would have mastered the challenges presented to him/her to better deliver training in the organization. This award will be given to the individual who has used innovation and ingenuity in the e-learning programs to better his/her organization through e-learning. Performance Support Innovation AwardThis award is given to the organization that understands and supports a work force that is constantly facing change, where individuals are challenged to adapt, learn and execute in real-time in the moment of need.
